• Overview :

  
  Technology group drives and supports the development and innovation of various Interiors products from the feasibility study through to a prototype development. Besides product development, the group also leads various methodology development activities within Interiors. The team is continuously engaged in projects on diverse domains like Mechanical & Electro-Mechanical designs, Structures and Fluid simulation, Interaction studies, System Engineering, Materials, Processes, and Automation etc.

  
  Position: Lead Engineer (P2)

  
  Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop be-spoke Knowledge Based Engineering applications in Siemens NX using UFunc, NX Open and Knowledge Fusion Programming

  • Develop be-spoke automations in Dassault CATIA using CAA-RADE Framework, CAT VBA, MSVBA and CAT Scripts

  • Support CAD development activities in PTC Creo Parametric (C++ Object Toolkit), Siemens Solid Edge and Dassault Solid Works

  • Understand and implement Object Oriented Programming concepts and SOLID Design Principles in development of CAD Applications.

  • Attend Code Review Sessions with development leads and architects • Implement Coding best practices and work towards robust application programming.

  • Peer Review codes from team developers • Perform Unit and System testing and write test cases via TDD approach.

  • Coordinate with Engineering Applications Team to deploy the tools in the development, staging and production environments and support for sustain activities.

  Basic Qualifications:

  • 4 to 6 years of relevant Industry experience in Multi-CAD Customization (NX and CATIA Customization mandatory).

  • BE/B-Tech. in one of Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering

  
  Primary Skills:

  
  Siemens NX

  • Modeling, Assembly, Drafting Customization knowledge with NX Open C#.net, VB.net, C++, UFUNC, Knowledge Fusion Development in versions of NX (NX 11 and greater versions)

  • Working knowledge in Checkmate Checks Authoring & Customization through KF and .Net

  
  CATIA V5

  • Experienced in working with CATIA V5 Part Design, Product / Assembly Design, Generative Shape Design, Drafting Workbenches.

  • CATIA V5 Customization & Configuration via CATVBA, MSVBA, CATScript Programming, CAA – RADE, C++ Programming.

  
  Windows

  • Windows Form and Console Applications development in C# / VB.Net, Python Programming

  • 
    Familiarity with basic concepts of PLM domain and its applicability in Aerospace Industry.

  • Experienced in working with Auto / Aero OEMs across different global geographies.

  • Knowledge of Siemens PLM Teamcenter

  • Knowledge of Teamcenter CAD Integration

  • Strong grasp of Objected Oriented Programming Concepts

  • Strong grasp of SOLID Design Principles & Design Patterns

  • Good Logical and Analytical Thinking

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Experienced in Waterfall and Agile SDLC Software Development Life Cycle

  • Knowledge of STLC Software Test Life Cycle

  • Experience in writing Unit Tests and Test-Driven Development TDD

  • Experience in Source Control including Git / SVN

  • Experience in Requirements Management & Agile tools including JIRA / Kanban boards / HP – ALM

  
  Secondary Skills:
