Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant-Data Analyst!

Responsibilities

Support the expansion of the Northwestern Mutual data and reporting team.

Execute and Support of SSIS, PL/SQL ETL on SQL Server.

Strong SQL Query writing knowledge.

Strong expertise in MS Excel

Should have hands-on experience strong on T-Sql, SSIS with development experience.

Should be conversant in requirement gathering, development and unit testing.

Conduct data pulls from multiple sources, data cleansing and loading for reporting purposes.

Work in an asynchronous schedule.

Support daily loads that happen at 3am CT.

Participate in daily teamwork at 9am CT.

Support other manual loads which happen over and above daily scheduled loads

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Should be able to understand requirements, analysis them, build and deliver the reports

Experience in Data Migration using SQL loader, import/export

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

B.E./B Tech/BCA/MCA

Strong hands-on experience with SQL server Processing and reporting

Good understanding of SQL server and data mappings, relational data models, data analysis and reporting platform

Excellent understanding of T-Sql and SSIS

Should have participated in different kinds of testing like Unit Testing, System Testing, User Acceptance Testing, etc.

Experience of working with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at different levels.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

Data Analyst role with Insurance background and super good in SQL , and SSIS knowledge

Must have strong working experience on SSIS, PL/SQL ETL on SQL Server & MS excel

Must have Insurance domain knowledge.

Must have experience.

Should have prepared scripts in C# SSIS knowledge to perform data validation and to generate outputs in different file formats (csv, xml) which can be imported to target systems.

Should have experience in creation of log files and performed error-handling while processing data transfer from one system to another
