Job Title: Lead Campus Hiring and Employer Branding

Responsibilities:
Campus Hiring
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Campus Hiring strategy aligned with the organization's workforce needs and growth objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment.
2. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key university partners, career services, and student organizations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
3. Brand Ambassadorship:
- Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting our values, culture, and career opportunities to attract top-tier candidates.
- Organize and participate in campus events, job fairs, and information sessions.
4. Candidate Engagement:
- Implement effective engagement strategies to connect with potential candidates throughout their academic journey.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring smooth communication and efficient recruitment processes.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics to measure the success of Campus Hiring initiatives and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize recruitment outcomes.
Employer Branding
1. Brand Development:
- Develop and refine the organization's employer brand identity, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.
- Create compelling narratives and messaging to differentiate the organization in the talent market.
2. Content Creation:
- Generate engaging and relevant content across various platforms, including social media, career websites, and internal communications.
- Utilize multimedia formats to showcase the workplace environment, employee stories, and company initiatives.
3. Social Media Management:
- Manage and curate social media channels to effectively communicate the employer brand.
- Monitor online presence and respond to employer brand-related discussions.
4. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, marketing, and leadership, to ensure consistent and authentic employer brand messaging.
- Partner with recruitment teams to integrate employer brand strategies into talent acquisition efforts.
5. Employer Brand Analytics:
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of Employer Branding initiatives.
- Gather insights on candidate perception, engagement, and overall impact on talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources.
- 6-8 years’ experience in Campus Hiring and/or Employer Branding.
- Strong creative and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and trends.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel to various campuses as needed.
- Familiarity with Employer Branding and its role in Campus Hiring.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with current trends in Employer Branding and talent acquisition.
