Supporting Actions

 

 

Planning, designing of Behavioral learning interventions in addition to the offerings of the Group and Gyanodaya

 

 

a. Understand stakeholder’s expectations from Learning functions (FH/ Business Heads, Cluster HR Heads, Unit Heads, Unit HR Heads etc.) 

 

b. Need analysis of employees through MDP and TNI reports

 

c. Based upon the various inputs and the reports analysis, derive the area of improvements, business need, future requirements etc.

 

d. Plan and design need based behavioural learning interventions as per the analysis

 

e. Design the behavioural based learning planner for the organization based upon the Aditya Birla Group Competencies

 

 

 

Learning and Development Plan

Execution

 

 

a. Circulate the learning planner to all the units / locations

 

b. Issue the implementation guidelines, processes, procedures etc. to the learning in-charges for effective execution of the learning planner

 

 

Program Designing, content coverage, Faculty Identification and finalization, methodologies to be used etc. according to the set standards

 

 

 

 

a. Design the program and contents based upon the organization need and the competency directory

 

b. Based upon the program design and contents, locate, identify, negotiate and finalize the faculty

 

Implementing post-learning measures for appropriately learning events/products thus ensuring that the learning happening in the context of work

 

 

 

 

 

a. Implementing post learning measures i.e. review and feedback on continuous basis

 

b. Focus on the foundation i.e. programme design to ensure that the learning is happening in context on work

 

c. Ensure on the job implementation of learnings by participants for different programmes in partnership with Unit learning team

 

d. Analysing the impact/ effectiveness (ROI) of the programme through various methodologies like: Group interactions, Manager’s feedback, performance reports etc.

 

 

Group Level Engagement on learning

Initiatives

 

Coordinate with the GCOE Learning for the effective implementation of various group level initiatives like GVC, Coursera, Lead the Change etc

 

 

Leveraging partnership with Gyanodaya and other Businesses.

 

 

 

a. Closely work with the Gyanodaya Team for ensuring good participation from the Hindalco

 

b. Participate actively in the Learning and Talent COE meets and provide business specific inputs

 

c. Partnering Gyanodaya in the new initiatives and the launches

 

d. Drive the e-learning in the business through various initiatives in partnership with unit teams


Qualifications:
MBA,Post Graduate

Minimum Experience Level:
4-6 Years
