Law/Legal Part Time /Internship At Delhi In Ure Legal Advocates

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in conducting research on income tax laws, regulations, and procedural requirements relevant to income tax return filing in India
2. Support in preparing and reviewing income tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other entities under the guidance of senior tax consultants
3. Provide basic guidance and awareness to clients regarding income tax return filing procedures and compliance requirements
4. Collaborate with the tax team to identify potential deductions, exemptions, and credits applicable to clients' tax situations
5. Assist in maintaining accurate records, documentation, and databases related to income tax filings and client engagements
6. Participate in client meetings and assist in addressing queries and concerns related to income tax returns
7. Stay updated with changes in income tax laws, forms, and filing procedures issued by regulatory authorities
8. Support in organizing and conducting workshops or training sessions to enhance awareness of income tax return filing among clients and stakeholders
9. Assist in drafting correspondence, notices, and communications related to income tax assessments and appeals as required
10. Undertake administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the tax department and contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives
