What You'll Do

- In-depth knowledge of one or more Software Development Methodologies including Agile
- Japanese language skills - Should have verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to co-ordinate and run the project delivery end to end working with external teams
- Transparent reporting - Creating dashboards and reports to enable reporting of the project status to all stakeholders
- Ability to learn more on project and task management aspects as project team member.
What You'll Do
- Acting as a team facilitator and constantly focusing on leveraging the team on agile values and principles, while keeping them focused on project goals.
- Collaborate with the team to succeed in areas such as quality, cost and time
- Identifying opportunities to reduce waste in the way of work within the team
- Providing adequate support to Product Owner in coordination with Business stake holders and Engineering Manager & Team to coordinate with Japanese team members.
- Collaborate on aligning projects to business goals communicating with stakeholders, business users, sponsors, Scrum team, and provide visibility and transparency of project status and roadmap by monitoring overall progress.
- Influencing internal and external stakeholders to embrace an agile way of work
- Helping with eliminating impediments and blockers with the objective of keeping the team focused on achieving the sprint goals.
- Coaching individual team members to help embrace an agile way of work
- Building a high-performance team focus on continuous improvement of team dynamics and performance by escalating people problems to management when necessary.
- Having understanding of theories behind framework such as Scrum, Kanban and Lean thinking.
- Promoting the team to improve their approach towards continuous delivery, designing solutions based on incremental or immediate releases based on customer's or market demand.
