Language Expert

• What we're looking for: • Japanese Language certified, at least N3 level, N2 preferable • Strong experience in Japanese client handling, communication and coordination for 4+ years, at least • Desired to have experience in working with complex software development applications in automotive domain • Preferred to have experience in Agile execution with Scrum and Kanban • Have worked with simultaneously more than 2 agile teams with outstanding results relying on Agile frameworks and artefacts. • Desire to learn more about products, business and project management. • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. • Strong communication, negotiation, process, analytical and presentation skills. in both English and Japanese Nice to Have: • Has participated in a project and product development process • Agile transformation experience • Jira/similar tool usage with reporting of project dashboard • Leadership skills to deliver projects / products in production

• In-depth knowledge of one or more Software Development Methodologies including Agile

• Transparent reporting - Creating dashboards and reports to enable reporting of the project status to all stakeholders
• Ability to learn more on project and task management aspects as project team member.

What You’ll Do

• Acting as a team facilitator and constantly focusing on leveraging the team on agile values and principles, while keeping them focused on project goals.
• Collaborate with the team to succeed in areas such as quality, cost and time
• Identifying opportunities to reduce waste in the way of work within the team
• Providing adequate support to Product Owner in coordination with Business stake holders and Engineering Manager & Team to coordinate with Japanese team members.
• Collaborate on aligning projects to business goals communicating with stakeholders, business users, sponsors, Scrum team, and provide visibility and transparency of project status and roadmap by monitoring overall progress.
• Influencing internal and external stakeholders to embrace an agile way of work
• Helping with eliminating impediments and blockers with the objective of keeping the team focused on achieving the sprint goals.
• Coaching individual team members to help embrace an agile way of work
• Building a high-performance team focus on continuous improvement of team dynamics and performance by escalating people problems to management when necessary.
• Having understanding of theories behind framework such as Scrum, Kanban and Lean thinking.
• Promoting the team to improve their approach towards continuous delivery, designing solutions based on incremental or immediate releases based on customer's or market demand.
