We are looking for a Senior Support Engineer with 4 to 5 years of IT experience in Level 2 Application Production support, ITIL. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence, and technical skills such as Unix/Linux, Unix scripting, Oracle SQL, Autosys, ITRS, Service Now, and uDeploy. Knowledge in banking domain and Oracle proc, function, view, cursors will be an added advantage. The candidate should have good coordination between various infra/TI teams or dev partners, quick turnaround time for solving any issue, quick in escalation and handling MIM, involving ICM and sending user communications. He/she should also have good debugging and analytical skills. The role requires 24*7 Production Support for module applications and excellent communication skills.
