Responsibilities
• Answer IT requests via phone, email, live chat or instant message• Explain solutions in technical and non-technical terms• Support incidents, problems, and requests across multiple areas of the business• Create and maintain deliverables to communicate field performance and increase technician efficiency• Troubleshoot and automate performance tuning of servers• Installation, configuration, and administration of SAS 9.1.3 or higher• Good understanding of computer support and troubleshooting• Knowledge of Windows• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
Requirements
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer programming• Minimum experience of 2-3 years• Strong experience with installation, configuration, and administration of SAS 9.1.3 or higher• Good understanding of computer support and troubleshooting• Knowledge of Windows• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
