Candidate Background :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development with a successful track record of managing complex projects. (>4 years as a Project Manager) with an overall work experience of 10+ years
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with development teams.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
