Junior Shop Manager- ME Phaltan
Description
Performs skilled activities which support manufacturing business needs. Selects and uses appropriate tools, machinery and specialty equipment. Learns and understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment. May work independently and instruct or coach others.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Experience
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Good Knowledge of Basic Mechanical Engineering and hands-on experience on mechanical tools
Knowledge of AutoCAD software and basic designing
Good Knowledge of tools, fixtures, tackle design and machine installation
Knowledge of Oracle system
Knowledge of Quality tools - 7 step problem solving; Six-sigma; Minitab etc.
Preparation of RFQ, PR, PO, GRR. Monitoring manufacturing expenses, Capex monitoring, Asset
Tagging and various audit.
- Assists with study and implementation of methods to improve efficiency in production and process by
implementation of Industry 4.0 projects.
- HSE and Ergonomics related tasks and projects implementation and audits.
