Job description for Jr IT Recruiter- Europe / UK For Freshers
Roles and Responsibilities
Sourcing, screening, and providing qualified candidates for various technical / functional roles across Europe.
Build network of potential candidates and ensure prompt submissions.
Aggressively work on the allocated requirements and submit quality profiles.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals to shortlists to interviews and placement
Desired Candidate Profile
0 to 1 years of experience in UK/EU Recruitment
Should have excellent network in the industry and also be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels.
Extensive and demonstrable experience of sourcing candidates utilising a variety of methods including networking, on-line and off-line advertising, internet search.
Should be good at Boolean search on job boards and also recruitment using LinkedIn.
Own the client requirements and delight the stakeholders with quality & timely delivery.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Aptitude to learn, positive attitude and a high level of commitment towards work.
Decent understanding of IT terminology.
Must be a self-starter.
Willingness to grow along with the organization
