We are in need of Assistant Manager Quality for our Health Care

Roles & Responsibilities:
• To oversee Implementation and monitoring of Initiatives to improve Quality of Care as per National and International Accreditation bodies (NABH, JCI etc).
• To oversee the implementation and monitoring of Patient Safety initiatives as per National and International Guidelines.
• To oversee compliance to all statutory requirements for the hospital.
• To oversee the Process of Quality Audit, identification of opportunities of improvement and implementation of appropriate corrective and preventive action.
• To oversee and ensure reporting, appropriate analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive action on Patient Safety Events.
• To oversee compliance to appropriate protocols for management of Adverse Events including sentinel events.
• To oversee the smooth functioning of the Accreditation related Committee Meetings as per the defined schedule.
• To oversee appropriate planning and implementation of Training Programs related to Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety for all the departments as per training calendar.
• To oversee the preparation, review, approval and implementation of all National and International accreditation related Policies and Procedures.
• To oversee the preparation, review, approval and implementation of Clinical Forms and Formats in hard copy for documentation.
• To oversee the preparation, review, approval and implementation of Clinical Forms and Formats for documentation in Electronic Medical Records.
• To oversee the preparation, review, approval and implementation of Clinical and Non Clinical Departmental Manuals
Skills: Quality Analysis, Six Sigma, Nabh, accreditation
