About the Role

As part of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities for Consyst’s innovative Digitalization & Control System Integration Solutions for industries and infrastructure businesses.
The Opportunity
You will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our pre-sales team to respond to RFQs from customers. Leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen, you will bridge the gap between the pre-sales team and sales lead, ensuring the seamless delivery of compelling proposals and quotations to our valued clients. In this role, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings, where you will expertly present and demonstrate how our solutions perfectly align with our customers’ requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and nurture potential leads and opportunities in the digitalization/ automation system integration space.
- Forge strong and lasting relationships with key customers, including End Users, Partners, EPCs, and OEMs, ensuring effective communication with key decision-makers and fostering efficient marketing communications.
- Assist in preparing and submitting proposals and quotations for each opportunity, showcasing our solutions’ value proposition.
- Meet and exceed regular sales targets, continuously improving the sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Collaborate closely with the backend support team to tailor the right solution proposals to each customer’s unique needs.
- Lead engaging virtual and face-to-face meetings with potential customers, actively listening to understand their requirements and pain points effectively.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date sales data, updating all relevant information into our ERP system.
- Work in tandem with the sales lead to implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Professional Qualifications and Personal Attributes
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, or instrumentation engineering is required.
- 0- 2 years of experience in Industrial Automation Solution Sales/ IIoT Solution Sales.
- Your strong desire to excel in the sales domain will drive your success in this role.
- Excellent presentation skills are essential for effectively communicating our solutions’ value.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written, is necessary to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.
