We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Jewellery Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Tanishq . As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their jewelry selections, and ensuring the store's visual merchandising standards are maintained. You will also be responsible for processing transactions, managing inventory, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide product knowledge and assistance with jewellery selections
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Assist with inventory management and restocking
Contribute to achieving sales targets and goals
Assist with visual. merchandising and store displays
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
Uphold the store's policies and procedures
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
Qualifications:
Previous Retail Sales experience preferred
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and organized
Basic math skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
