About the company:
Responsibilities:
Run the IT help desk, including staff supervision, asset supply and deployment and vendor management
Receive and respond to IT queries in a timely manner.
Manage Asset Inventory.
Assist employees as when required, with technical issues; document incidents for future reference
Collaborate with internal partners to implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency
Support & Train Field Executive (remotely) on the usage of our mobile app and software
Prepare periodic reports for management with recommendations and trends.
Requirements:
Freshers & 1+ years of experience in the industry
Bachelor's degree preferred with Science/Maths background (B.Sc/BCA/B.E.)
Demonstrable skills troubleshooting a wide range of technical problems
Enthusiasm to learn new software & ability to communicate well on phone/email/chat
Strong organizational skills with eye for detail.
