Exp- Min 1 year of exp ( in Core - Domestic IT Recruitment )
Number of position - 5
Position : Permanent Fulltime/WFO
Office Timing – 9:30 to 6:30 PM (Every Saturday is half day )
Location : 6th Floor ,Onam Plaza ,Palasia ,Indore
Notice Period : Immediate joiners only
Roles and Responsibilities :
- E2E IT recruitment
- Utilize various job boards, social media platforms and other recruiting sources to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Understand the technical requirements ,create search string and identify the matching job seeker quickly.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the position.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Ability to meet the deadlines
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication (Verbal and written ) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment-related software applications.
- Knowledge of various recruitment sources and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing recruitment trends and practices.
- Candidate should have active presence on Linkedin and he/she must have experience of hiring through Linkedin too.
- Candidate is expected to carry his/her own laptop.
