AddressScope of Responsibilities:
Template Management and Solution Delivery support
Support the development of a blueprint to achieve standardised HR solutions within RB to simplify the change process going forward
Govern and enforce the standardiseD Solutions for projects, programmes and continuous improvement initiatives related to the HR Systems solutions within RB
Support the Global HR Systems Lead in identifying opportunities to streamline, consolidate or simplify the HR Systems landscape
Advise and support the BRDs during the business case definition stage to ensure standardisation is maintained
Support Business Analysts during business requirements capture to ensure that standardisation will not be compromised by the change
Where required, work with delivery partners to ensure that any functional designs they are delivering are in line with RB practices
Accountabilities
Ensure consistency, standardisation and optimisation of HR Systems & Templates across RB.
Skills/Experiences
Essential
7 + years of experience in implementing and supporting IT solutions in either ITSM or HR space
3 + years of Expertise in ServiceNow HR Module
Knowledge and experience integrating ServiceNow with SuccessFactors
Strong understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including, CMDB, Asset Management, Change Management, Custom Development
Should have knowledge in Knowledge Management and case management modules
Experience with data migration and data management activities in ServiceNow
Plan / schedule project activities. Lead end-to-end testing process
Working with cross functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) and 3rd party providers
Experience of supporting complex change and / or multi-disciplinary projects
Able to build and maintain strong and effective relationships
