Job Role
Work as local IT administrator for maintaining and improvising the existing IT hardware.
Installation / upgradations and maintenance of existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc in accordance with standards and project/ operational requirements.
Ensure that the future IT hardware needs of the organization are planned and implemented in cost effective and timely manner
Trouble shooting of CISCO networking problems and maintain the network.
Coordinate with the external IT service providers.
Create and implement new system standards & system related policies with the changes in the IT environment and ensure the effectiveness of existing policies.
Ensure that all the existing computers and notebooks are having the latest security and software updates which are rolled out by the central IT, to have the maximum uptime of the IT infrastructure
User troubleshooting and complaint management in respect to hardware and software
To interact with the central IM team and address the problems and requirements of the local users.
Assist Head IT and Organization leaders as well as central IM team with timely analysis, reports and information as required
To work towards bringing in the latest IT developments and application and promote more use of digital solutions and processes
To create and monitor the SAP users and address the authorization needs using the GRC tool based on the central Authorization concept of SAP
Candidate will work in general shift & transport & canteen facilities are available
