Education:- MBA from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 college / CA / CFA
Experience:- 2 - 8 years in the wealth segment with expertise in selling Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIF.
Location:- Mumbai/Hyderabad/Bangalore
Preferences:- Local candidates with relevant experience and strong communication skills.
About the Role:
Seeking enthusiastic individuals for the inbound business team. Responsibilities include working with high net worth clients, providing insights, and facilitating investments in the Company's PMS and MF strategies.
What You Will Work On:
- Conduct pre-scheduled video meetings with clients (portfolio size - 50L & above).
- Secure 150 self-booked client calls monthly via the Company's Wealth Monitor app.
- Interact and convert high-intent inbound leads.
- Showcase Company's portfolio management approach.
- Review customer needs and ensure compliance with KYC/AML norms.
- Apply strong analytical skills for filtering and validating complex information.
- Provide an exceptional client experience.
What We Expect:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in financial services.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of mutual funds, stocks, or PMS.
- Ability to explain complex investment methodology in simple terms.
- High ownership and strong stakeholder management skills.
Certifications Required: NISM Mutual Funds & PMS Distributors certificates (required before joining).
