- Manages team of Project Manager, Measurement Executives and Site Supervisor who are responsible forinstallation
- Planning and Scheduling the installation as per the delivery timeline
- Ensuring all the stakeholder communication are done on timely manner
- Has full authority for personnel actions
- Step up and intervene if any project is deviating from the plan and handle client escalations
- Train the team to make sure they focus on customer centricity and improve the Net Promoter ScoreModular Furniture, Construction Management, Project Management, Installation Management
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree/masters degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Designing
- 6-10 years of extensive experience in project management
- 1-3 years of Team handling experience
- Strong communicator, ability to handle multi functional activity & pressure in the execution process
- Overall good at coordination and management skills,escalation handling
- Extensive knowledge of modular furniture installation processes
