Should be MBA/PGDM Sales/Marketing
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Telephonically reach out to customers on a daily basis to generate leads.
- Meet customers occasionally, as and when required.
- Selling of CRM Software.
- Prospect, develop, up-sell, cross-sell and generate new business opportunities with the target customers.
- Manage the overall sales process, from qualification through closing.
- Maintain a consistent and accurate account and sales lead pipeline.
- Understand and articulate the company's value proposition to your customers.
- Network with the sales and marketing team of the principal companies.
- Lead generation through cold calling.
- Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales.
- Grow a network with prospects on social channels.
- Achieving Monthly and Annually Targets.
- Excellent communication is written, verbal, email, telephone and pitching skills.
- Should be well versed with online B2B sales Platforms
Key Skills:
- Sales experience of minimum 1 year
- Excellent written communication
- Fluency in English with very good convincing skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Inside Sales or Support experience will be added advantage
- Must have strong interest in learning new things
- Must be a soft-spoken and good team player
- Should be confident, target-oriented, self-motivated and interested to take up additional responsibilities.
