Roles and Responsibilities:• Graduate in any stream with excellent communication skills.• Should be proficient in MS word and excel.• Should be familiar with Computer components like RAM, HDD, Mouse, Keyboard and laptop, desktop, server, etc.• A prior experience in handling customer support requests on helpdesk portal and phone calls would be an added advantage.• Ticket assignment, Inventory update, Replying to Helpdesk calls and mails.
