About the Position: We are hiring IT Support- Coordinator who will help us in streamlining helpdesk queries. Roles and Responsibilities: • Graduate in any stream with excellent communication skills. • Should be proficient in MS word and excel. • Should be familiar with Computer components like RAM, HDD, Mouse, Keyboard and laptop, desktop, server, etc. • A prior experience in handling customer support requests on helpdesk portal and phone calls would be an added advantage. • Ticket assignment, Inventory update, Replying to Helpdesk calls and mails. Qualifications: • 0-2 years experience. • Postgraduate (MBA
