JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
Animation and coordination
- Organise, plan and control the activities of the team ,work to streamline to SAP issues
- Engage with senior stakeholder team at a strategic level for developing and implementing relevant parts of the IT strategy
- Set goals and evaluate the individual performance of direct reports and the wider team, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and individuals feel empowerment to own
- Define roles and responsibilities for all team members and influence their development
- Be a channel for internal communication
- Accountable for managing regional contracts, developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Establish clear communication channels with offshore teams
- Represent SAP Functional space in multiple networks; AMS Leadership; Finance and HR functions; Global SAP Community
- Coordinates Business Plans and Roadmaps
Planning and management
- Forecast workload and capacity (volume and schedule), and allocate resources, working with team members for the smooth flow of SAP functions in the company
- Follow-up budgets, financials and timelines, complying with business procedures
- Ensure activities allocated in the Project Management and Service Lifecycle Management Processes are effectively delivered
- Report to the business stakeholders and to MDO on progress based on key metrics Quality and Safety
- Ensure compliance with procedures and methods of quality assurance and IT security
- Internal & external Audit Management & Compliance, Need to resolve SAP related issues by his own experience and should not depend fully on consultant
The Ideal Candidate Essential
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP software and services including current trends
- Experience in S/4 HANA implementation, support and rollout; business process re-engineering / design (ASIS, TO-BE) with focus on process improvement
- Strong supplier relationship management skills & experience, including planning and delivering continual improvement
- Ability to lead and operate in a matrix reporting environment, particularly across geographic boundaries where appreciation of cultural differences is important
- Line Management / Leadership experience
- Experience in managing offshore and outsourced support vendors
- Demonstrable experience of building productive relationships with stakeholders
- Evidence of working with different disciplines (Finance, IT, Business & Operations, External Vendors)
