Salary1. Project Management:
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.

2. Scrum Meeting Facilitation:
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective sessions as a Scrum Master.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure sprint goals are met.
- Remove obstacles and impediments to the team's progress.
- Maintain Scrum artifacts, including the product backlog and sprint backlog.
3. Communication and Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and management.
- Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration within the project teams.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Ensure effective communication of project updates and changes to all relevant parties.

- Education:
