Informatica Iics Developer

5 – 7 Years
Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop, support, integrate and monitor applications in IICS and PowerCenter, coordinate with DB and middleware team for any issues.
• The resource should be able to work on his own and should be independent.
• And the resource will be working in support, enhancements and Development.
• Willing to work in Night shift.
• Able to do enhancements or fix and deploy in test and prod environments. If any failures occur within integration, the resource needs to take step to resolve them independently.
• Gives ample opportunity to work on Informatica supported integrations.
Primary Skills:
• Resource having development experience and knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
• Knowledge in working in Agile/Sprint execution model
• Knowledge in DevOps, ETL Architecture
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player spirit and willing to take up challenges as individual member if needed.
IICS:
  Profile & Analyze Source Data (Mainframe Extracts, flat files, SQL Server, web Services etc.) usage using Informatica ETL.
•  Analyzing and evaluating data sources, data volume, and business rules.
•  Automation, job scheduling, dependencies, monitoring.
•  Extraction, transformation and load of data using the ETL tools.
•  Configure/Script Business rules and transformation rules in Informatica.
•  Design, development of Reports and dashboards.
•  Understanding the data model, designing the model for EDW, mapping the data and running the ETL jobs.
•  Ensure appropriate level of Unit Test and System Test of all the deliverables
•  Defect fixes for System Test, Operational Acceptance Test and Production
