- Working knowledge of managing and analysing structured and unstructured, to drive analytics including sound understanding of ETL (Extract, Transfer, Load) methodologies, data modelling best practices.
- Develop Scalable machine learning, NLP solutions on topics such as talent acquisition, talent management, attrition, and more to enable data-driven decision making.
- Deep analysis on HR data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, providing insights into workforce metrics, employee engagement, and talent acquisition.
- Utilize advanced data visualization tools programming languages to create innovative and informative visualizations.
- Serve as an active participant on cross-functional project teams and provide guidance and training to teams in asking meaningful questions, interpreting data, and taking action.
- Support the HR Analytics Leader on internal AI/ML related projects for HR Digital Transformation
