Responsibilities:
- Support Digital Transformation & prepare HR functions for the future ready initiatives by enabling the strategies for Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, HR Self Service solutions.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into HR strategies that support organizational goals with a solid project plan.
- Develop, implement, and oversee HR strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, risks, and achievements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Support the HR Data Governance leader with specific Data Governance framework, ensuring alignment with organizational Data Governance policies and practices.
- Support on establishing Data Governance principles, standards, and procedures for HR data management.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with Data Governance policies and identify areas of improvement.
- Support on establishing data stewardship practices, define and assign data ownership responsibilities within HR, ensuring accountability for data accuracy and integrity.
