HR Strategy & Data Governance Role
Responsibilities:
- Support Digital Transformation & prepare HR functions for the future ready initiatives by enabling the strategies for Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, HR Self Service solutions.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into HR strategies that support organizational goals with a solid project plan.
- Develop, implement, and oversee HR strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, risks, and achievements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Support the HR Data Governance leader with specific Data Governance framework, ensuring alignment with organizational Data Governance policies and practices.
- Support on establishing Data Governance principles, standards, and procedures for HR data management.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with Data Governance policies and identify areas of improvement.
- Support on establishing data stewardship practices, define and assign data ownership responsibilities within HR, ensuring accountability for data accuracy and integrity.
The ideal candidate to have:
- 7-8 years of overall experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Thorough understanding of Process, Data, Technology and Digitalisation layer.
- Proven experience in HR or Business strategy, organizational development, or a related role.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management and the successful execution of strategic initiatives under Agile methodology
- Proven experience in Data Governance, data management, or a related role, with a focus on HR data.
- Thorough understanding of Data Governance principles, data quality management, and data security.
- Familiarity with relevant data protection regulations and privacy laws
