Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize essential export documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, health certificates, and shipping instructions
- Manage all processes within the export department, including planning and coordinating international shipments of goods
- Support export activities by overseeing the preparation of commercial documents in compliance with export regulations and handling recordkeeping requirements to ensure timely product payments
