• Implement and enforce quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all fabrication activities, inspections, and quality control measures.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance fabrication processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the quality of fabricated penstocks.
• Training production staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Testing various instruments and equipment used in the manufacturing process
• Ensure that the QA/QC team is well-prepared for audits and inspection.

• Inspecting and managing each step of the manufacturing process as per the company's policies and standards and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards
