The Role
Your Responsibilities Include
- Have to supervise the team of labor on the site where our project is running, management of material, and labor work.
- Monitor the progress of mechanical work, keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and team members to address issues and resolve challenges promptly.
- Inspect equipment, materials, and work quality to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Train and guide team members, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
- Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation for future reference.
- Procure and manage materials and equipment needed for mechanical tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site mechanical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate project updates and concerns to project stakeholders effectively.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- Knowledge of mechanical or civil field (equivalent degree of b.e. or diploma)
