Role and Responsibilities :
He/ She should,
Be able to perform calculations like water demand, Hydraulic system design, Pump head calculation & equipment selection etc
Be able to lead the PHE &FPS team
Be able to manage the CAD/modelling team for completing the project within the allocated budget, time and quality.
Be able to review the work done by other engineers/modelers for the projects.
Knowledge of PHE &FPS systems like STP,WTP,RO plant, Fire Pumps, Deluge systems, clean Agent fire Suppression system
Should have sound knowledge in NBC,NFPA,IS and other relevant codes and standards
Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Design and Project Management
Carry out tender document review and able to clear the technical query.
Co-ordinate project contracts documents (drawings and specifications) and reviews .
Hands own experience in preparation of Boq, Quantity take off etc. Technical specification, Scheme design, Detail design etc
Basic knowledge in BMS & Fire alarm control systems.
Good Experience in using software’s like Elite, AutoCAD, water GEM, Sewer GEM
Revit knowledge is preferred.
Coordinate with architect, structural consultant to get the design input.
