Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with full-cycle of recruitment, to advertise, screen, select and hire qualified and suitable candidates to fill our job openings.

Job Type- Full-time, Regular/ Permanent

Experience Required- Freshers

Location- Mohali, Punjab (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards.
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrate
