Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as hiring, interviewing, communicating, recruiting, and training for LOGISTICS industry. The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with Solvd Global and its clients to understand their unique needs and goals, and to provide personalized solutions to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications
- Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting skills - LOGISTICS INDUSTRY
- Excellent communication skills: in-person, on the phone, and via email
- Training skills and experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Candidates with a bachelor's / master's degree in HR or prior experience in sales will be given preference
- Experience in recruiting for a variety of industries and positions
- Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations
Working Hours:
This position requires availability during USA shift timings to ensure effective collaboration with the team and responsiveness to time-sensitive tasks.
