Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Centrio Mall Dehradun. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Mall's HR functions. This includes managing recruitment and hiring processes, implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws, facilitating employee training and development, managing employee relations, and overseeing performance management and compensation programs.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Experience in recruitment, selection, and onboarding
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations
- Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional-level knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
