Designation: Divisional Officer
Location: Dehradun
Roles & Responsibilities:
01) Manage implementation plans for development of the allied infrastructure in the country including Ropeways/ Logistics Parks/ Passenger convenience Infrastructure
02) Identify strategic partnerships with State Government and other implementation agencies for development of Ropeway/ Logistics Parks/ Passenger convenience Infrastructure in entire country.
03) Lead marketing activities for attracting interest from investors for development of allied infrastructure in the country
04) Lead on-ground implementation of all NHLML asset projects in the region. Monitor / report process and highlight issues
05) Manage contracts and lead resolution of disputes in executing contracts for development and operation of projects
06) Spearhead operations to drive timely implementation of projects whilst ensuring highest quality of projects
07) Identify international best practices for Standards, Specifications, technology enhancement, execution, Operation and Maintenance of projects
08) Ensure sound corporate governance by managing the processes as mandated by NHAI/ NHLML as well as statutory compliance requirements
Essential Qualification and Experience Requirements:
- A Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering (including construction) / Environmental / Transportation engineering / Mechanical Engineering (excluding Automation / Automobile / Industrial / Manufacturing / Power / Production Engineering / Mining Engineering & Technology, Mining & Machinery / Marine Engineering / Robotics / Welding etc.) / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Urban Planning from an Institution recognized by AICTE/ NAAC or affiliated to an Indian/ Global University or repute or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of total professional experience out of which at least 05 years of experience shall be in the Government Department.
- At least 05 years of minimum experience in field of Cable Propelled Transit system/ Personal Rapid Transit/ Metro (traction/ coaches)/ Railway (traction/ coaches)/ Ropeway/ transmission lines/ manufacturing of high end personal/ commercial vehicles/ cable stayed bridge projects/ Logistics Parks/ Passenger Convenience Infrastructure
- Maximum Age of 56 years as on 26.03.2024
Preferable Qualification and Experience Requirement:
- Post Graduate Degree from an Institution recognized by AICTE/ NAAC or affiliated to an Indian/ global University of repute or equivalent
- Having Knowledge on Standards, Specifications, technology enhancement, execution, Operation and Maintenance of various allied infrastructure projects
