Job Overview
Devout Tech Consultants Pvt Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, and policy implementation. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in HR.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 0.6 - 1 years of experience in HR role
- Solid understanding of HR processes and labor laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company culture and industry best practices
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations and facilitate conflict resolution
- Manage performance appraisal process and assist in performance improvement plans
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Maintain HR records and generate reports as required
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management
- Support management in strategic HR planning and decision-making
