Core RoleResponsibilities-

• Provide requiredsupport to the various activities of the learning programs being planned,executed or analyzed, and deliver required reports/output.
• Participate in andsupport the ongoing programs end-to-end from a facilitator and enablerstandpoint including comms & tracking.
• Own and manageRequirements gathering and other strategic initiatives from learningperspective.
• Conduct job taskanalysis and determine the best modality to transfer knowledge and buildproficiency
• Assist in developmentof standardized learning processes, procedures, and templates
• Align to a learningevaluation strategy that measures business impact of knowledge and skilltransfer
