Job Responsibilities :
- Experience in recruitment in consumer brands is a must.
- Manage hiring process from posting job descriptions to getting new employees on-boarded
- Work with management to incorporate healthy organizational culture
- Responsible for payroll, HR audits, and other statutory/legal compliances
- Manage off-boarding/exit formalities – paperwork & interviews
- Formulate & ensure all company policies & procedures are up to date and disseminated to all employees
- Responsible for creating an Employer brand and portraying positive impressions on social media to attract the best talent.
- Managing Campus Engagements and travel if need be, to evaluate and onboard talent.
