Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in order to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
Consultant Management: Regularly communicate with consultants who are on the bench to understand their skills, preferences, and availability for new projects.
Business Development: Actively prospect for new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and understanding their staffing needs.
Requirement Gathering: Work closely with clients to gather detailed information about project requirements, including technical skills, experience level, project duration, and budget constraints.
Candidate Identification: Utilize various sources such as job boards, social media, and internal databases to identify suitable candidates for client requirements.
Candidate Screening: Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and compatibility with client requirements. Conduct interviews and technical assessments as needed.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients and candidates, including rates, project duration, and other relevant terms.
Placement Management: Facilitate the placement process by coordinating interviews between clients and candidates, managing feedback, and ensuring a smooth transition for consultants onto client projects.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of consultants placed on projects, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues that may arise during the project.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, candidate submissions, placements, and other relevant data. Prepare regular reports for management on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
