Key Area Responsibilities:
- Conducted Training Needs Assessment for Functional and Behavioral Learning
- Creation of performance oriented culture by driving Performance Improvement Plans in consultation with the business
- Handled end to end recruitment
- Building an emotional connect with employees through various channels of communication
- Designed Function Specific Engagement Programs and Rewards & Recognition program
Qualification: Top B school of Batch 2006-09
Compensation:
- Upto 22 Lacs per annum + SSI (2008-09 Batch)
- Upto 16 Lacs per annum +SSI (2006-07 Batch)
Location: Patna
