Job Responsibilities: 1. To take charge of the HR function completely. 2. To provide timely & satisfactory resolution to queries of employees. 3. Work closely with the Management to increase the efficiency of the organization. 4. HR policy, processes Review and its Implementation. 5. Responsible for the entire recruitment process. Handling pre and post joining formalities. 6. Responsible for developing and coordinating of all employee training and development related activities. 7. Ensuring Provident Fund, ESIC and all relevant HR compliances. 8. To increase employee satisfaction and retention especially through non-monetary measures. 9. Prepare Salary of Employees.
