Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations, meet customer expectations• Set goals and plans, handle complaints and disputes• Supervise staffing levels and ensure employee performance• Support management of front desk team• Provide exceptional customer service• Implement customer recognition program• Manage projects, policies, and human resources• Provide information, analyze results, run front desk shifts• Participate in meetings and communicate goals
Requirements
• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience OR• 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management with no experience• Knowledge of front office operations and financial goals• Interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills• Ability to handle guest problems and provide excellent service
