Requirements
• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience OR• 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management with no experience• Knowledge of front office operations and financial goals• Interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills• Ability to handle guest problems and provide excellent service
