Job description

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries (emails & calls)
  • Gathers relevant information required for processing Vendor Invoices and JLC from requestors/department SPOCS
  • Adherence of the process transactions as per the agreed SOP guidance and regular updation of SOP’s.
  • Perform month-end activities/checks and ensure smooth closing.
  • Perform daily/monthly defined controls and provide data input for Monthly Governance meetings
  • 50% - 60% level of autonomy required to perform the tasks
  • Daily interaction with liaison manager/BL SPOC/internal PTP team

Profile required

BCOM Graduate.

Good Knowledge about Accounting, Accounts payable / Accounts receivables.

Good Communication Skills.

Good Analytical Skills
