1. Full stack developer with hands-on experience building end to end systems.
2. Excellent problem solving and coding skills.
3. Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming.
4. Strong knowledge of building a highly scalable system.
5. Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
6. Good understanding of distributed systems
7. Great ownership skill for the product / feature.
8. Ability to work independently.
9. Should able to mentor juniors and take ownership of deliverables.
