Hands-on experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle management
Call center management experience preferred.
Experience with dialer systems and terminology.
Working knowledge of computers, IT, and EDI processes
Demonstrate initiative and creativity in fulfilling job responsibilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy work environment.
Must demonstrate strong leadership abilities.
