Qualifications and Skills

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting materials specifications and engineering drawings
- Strong understanding of metallurgical principles and material behavior
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design Heat Treatment processes for various materials, including metals and alloys
- Implement Heat Treatment processes in accordance with industry standards and specifications
- Operate Heat Treatment equipment and monitor process parameters
- Perform post-treatment inspections and quality checks to ensure proper Heat Treatment
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or deviations in the Heat Treatment process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Heat Treatment processes
- Maintain relevant documentation and records related to Heat Treatment processes
