Immediate Joiner.
Experience - 12 years.
Location - Pune,Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Lead and manage a team of 8-10 sales professionals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Develop and present techno-commercial proposals for decision-making by the Board of Directors.
- Propose software licensing solutions tailored to individual client needs, adhering to strict deadlines and targets.
- Implement strategic planning, buying behavior analysis, and organizational leadership to drive business growth.
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships across IT and business sectors.
- Exceed quarterly and annual business targets through strategic account management.
- Manage accounts receivable and set sales targets for the team.
- Demonstrate a customer-focused, results-oriented approach.
- Identify and nurture key accounts, building a robust sales pipeline.
- Oversee national-level operational tasks.
- Provide weekly reporting and planning updates.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 12] years of experience in cloud services or IT sales.


- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, software licensing models, and industry trends. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.


- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and drive business growth. Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools. Willingness to travel as needed.
